About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Engineer to join our team. As a senior operations engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes for neuro medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new product lines, including product assembly, testing, and packaging.
* Provide technical support to the production line, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
* Monitor and analyze production efficiency, performance, and output, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure that all manufacturing activities are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and policies.
* Develop and implement process validation activities as required, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production yield, cycle time, and resource utilization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations engineering within the medical device industry, preferably with neuro-interventional devices.
* Strong understanding of basic engineering principles and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
