We're looking for a tech-savvy, patient, and solutions-driven
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team. If you enjoy troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth system performance, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot incidents and deliver timely, effective solutions
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and manage user accounts
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards
Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures
Collaborate with teams on IT improvements and system upgrades
What You Bring:
1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS environments
Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Understanding of networking basics, system administration, and security
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
