As a Retail Betting Assistant at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. Your role will involve engaging warmly with visitors, providing excellent service, and creating a friendly atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for technology will help promote our online and retail products and services, ensuring each customer enjoys their time with us. How you’ll do it?
We seek individuals who will exceed customer expectations, build effective relationships, and create a warm, positive environment they love to be in. This will mainly involve hosting customers in shop, cross-selling retail and online products, clearly communicating answers to queries, and informing customers about our latest promotions.
Other duties include:
* Assisting customers to place bets via various channels, such as betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
* Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
* Stepping up and guiding operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager, ensuring smooth shop functioning
* Adapting to different situations while remaining customer-focused
* Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations
