We are seeking a talented Corporate Senior Associate to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our corporate practice, you will advise clients on complex transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in corporate law with ideally gained in a top-tier Irish or international firm
* A background in M&A, venture capital or private equity is essential
* You will be commercially minded and confident running matters with appropriate support
