Job Title: HR Generalist
The ideal candidate will possess a strong talent acquisition focus, driving recruitment activity across multiple teams in a high-performing production environment.
We are looking for an individual who can build relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive direct sourcing. They must also be able to oversee onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR documentation while ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Talent Acquisition: Take charge of recruitment activity across multiple teams; manage high-volume and project-driven hiring linked to site expansion;
* HR Support & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, supporting ER cases within a unionised environment;
The successful candidate will have:
• Hr qualification (Degree or Diploma),
