We specialize in a wide range of building and civil engineering works and are currently seeking a motivated professional to manage the engineering aspects of a significant industrial building project.
The Role: We are looking for a skilled Site Agent/Senior Engineer who will take ownership of all engineering aspects of this project, ensuring delivery is to the highest standard, within budget, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee project execution to guarantee high-quality completion within set budgets and schedules.
Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate all construction phases, including earthworks, drainage, pavement, and traffic management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors to ensure satisfaction and seamless project flow.
Requirements: Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the latest construction technologies and software, including Auto CAD, Civil 3 D, and MS Project.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
