Job Overview:
A highly organized and motivated professional is required to manage the day-to-day operations of a legal office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts, including accounting postings, bank reconciliations, credit control, and compliance with financial regulations.
* Provide facilities for staff, including office equipment, maintenance contracts, and liaison with service providers.
* Manage client areas, such as reception and meeting rooms, and maintain office inventories.
* Source temporary staff where necessary, allocate work to employees, and order office supplies.
* Liaise with external providers to ensure IT infrastructure meets business needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
* Proven ability to manage staff and take on tasks within agreed timeframes.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively, and capacity to take responsibility.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally case management software.
