Overview
People Services Program Lead — Logitech
Location: Cork, Ireland. Hybrid: 2 days a week on site.
We are seeking an experienced, driven HR professional to join our global People Experience & Services (PE&S) team as a Program Lead. This role focuses on driving global employee-centric HR processes and workflows, partnering with the business to optimize through continuous improvement and transformation, and delivering sustainable and excellent People Services across the organization. PE&S centralizes administration of Logitech’s people data and processes and is evolving with AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), analytics and process re-engineering.
Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional projects to deliver an excellent employee experience and enhance operational effectiveness throughout the employee lifecycle
* Understand customer requirements; identify, evaluate and recommend solutions to deliver an excellent employee experience
* Partner with HR CoEs and the business to lead process improvements across People Services programs, data reporting, processes and systems
* Drive a quality mindset with measures, reports and KPIs to aid planning and realise ROI
* Drive regional and global People and Culture process optimisation while balancing flexibility and localisation
* Facilitate project scoping and priority setting, engaging key stakeholders as required
* Be the subject matter expert in HR processes and systems, driving process improvements across regions
* Act as change agent for PE&S with communications plans, impact assessments and stakeholder feedback to lead change management
* Develop and deliver self-service supports, including communications, training, process updates, operating guidelines and playbooks
* Participate in ad-hoc projects, user testing and data validation for system enhancements
Key Qualifications
* Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment
* Global HR experience with cross-functional and multi-regional collaboration
* Understanding of HRIS and data processes (preferably Workday) and generalist HR delivery
* Demonstrated leadership and proactive partnership across functional teams
* Results- and quality-driven with strong service orientation
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
* PMP certification a plus; knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
* Experience as a project manager leading cross-functional change initiatives is desirable
* Self-starter with drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies
* Ability to analyse metrics and trends to evaluate project success and manage risks
* Experience creating and maintaining project plans, reports and dashboards
