All About Kombucha is expanding, and we’re seeking a skilled brewery technician or experienced brewer to join our dynamic, fast-paced production team.
This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of brewery operations, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven brand. We are building something special, with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating and maintaining brewery equipment
* Overseeing fermentation, brewing, and carbonation processes
* Upholding hygiene, quality, and food safety standards
* Canning line operation and maintenance
* Inventory and stock management
* Recording and maintaining production data
* Supporting R&D and new recipe trials
* Assisting with health and safety protocols
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a brewery or beverage production environment
* Strong technical mindset with problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of fermentation, brewing processes, and quality control
* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Full clean driving license (essential)
