* At least 2 years of experience in hospitality management within a busy hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is required.
* Able to work effectively in a team setting.
* Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, time management, and rostering skills are necessary.
* A friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with staff and guests is essential.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks to others.
