Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Ireland for a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven company providing next‑generation wastewater treatment solutions.
As the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll represent cutting‑edge aeration technology to municipal utilities, industrial clients, and key delivery partners. Your role is field‑based, with flexibility to be located anywhere in Ireland and office attendance required just 1–2 times per month.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth to achieve 2025 targets in the Irish market.
* Build strong relationships with contractor delivery partners and key consulting firms.
* Identify and develop opportunities across both municipal (50%) and industrial (50%) sectors.
* Act as a trusted technical‑commercial liaison, demonstrating wastewater expertise rather than purely selling.
* Represent the client at industry events, site visits and knowledge-sharing days.
* Provide market intelligence to senior leadership on competitors and sector trends.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in wastewater sales, ideally with exposure to aeration technologies.
* Strong ROI network, particularly within Irish Water and leading contractors; NI and UK connections considered a bonus.
* Established relationships with key delivery partners and industrial end users.
* Ability to work autonomously, managing your territory effectively.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
