reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure

Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily site operations and coordinate RC frame construction activities
Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring workflow efficiency
Ensure site safety, conduct inspections, and enforce compliance
Coordinate deliveries, materials, plant, and logistics
Monitor quality control and ensure architectural and structural finishes meet expectations
Conduct daily briefings and support progress reporting
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver on programme and budget
Requirements
Experience managing medium-scale RC frame and public-sector/commercial builds
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and resolve issues promptly
High attention to detail and quality, particularly with RC frame construction
Knowledge of safety, QA, and construction regulations
