With two studios, located in Maynooth and Sallins, we offer private and group reformer pilates classes and physical therapy & women's health physiotherapy.
Due to business expansion we are looking for a part -time Physio-Rehab Lead (20 / 25 hours a week). A CORU-registered therapist with excellent people skills and leadership ability, ready to take ownership of clinical performance while still being hands-on with clients. You're process-driven, outcome-focused, and committed to building one of Ireland's most respected integrated physio and Pilates services.
You must also have an interest and willingness to train as a Pilates teacher (Reformer and Mat)

Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
* Lead and support the clinical team, monitoring diaries, treatment plan targets, rebooking rates, and outcomes.
* Ensure all clinical services meet the studio standards for quality, safety, and client outcomes.
* Provide clinical mentoring.
* Meet regularly with Operations Manager to review strategy, performance, and service
* development.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns for clinic growth.
Client Care & Service Delivery
* Deliver exceptional physiotherapy and rehab treatments, tailored to each client's needs.
* Conduct 15-minute complimentary consultations to guide clients toward the right service pathway.
* Ensure clinical documentation is completed within 24 hours and meets CORU standards.
Future Pilates Teaching
* Undertake study to become a qualified Pilates teacher, APPI, BASI or STOTT are recommended.
* Once qualified, integrate Pilates teaching (group and/or clinical) into your service delivery.
Requirements
* CORU-registered physiotherapist
* 3+ years of clinical experience (HSE, NHS, or private sector).
* Strong leadership skills and enjoy mentoring others.
* Outcome-focused and confident making clinical decisions.
* Have an interest and willingness to train as a Pilates teacher.
* Comfortable working in a structured, high-standard environment with clear accountability.
* Available to work part-time (20–25 hrs/week), Tues–Sat across both Sallins & Maynooth, incl. at least one evening.
