About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Youth Care professionals for a position in our new residential care services based in Ireland.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and a safe, caring environment to vulnerable young people aged between 12-18 years.
This rewarding role will suit energetic, creative, and versatile Youth Care professionals with a passion for working with young people.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering individualised activities in the residential service, as part of a multidisciplinary team that consistently delivers high-quality service through ongoing training and a supportive work environment.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote growth, resilience, and independence.
* Provide support and guidance to young people with disabilities or autism, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver therapeutic and educational programmes, tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, supporting the professional and personal development of colleagues.
