About the Role
The Campus Coordinator is responsible for the daily running of campus activities, supporting management with employee engagement, facilities, and administrative functions. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to workplace coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day campus operations to ensure smooth running.
Lead process improvement and cost-efficiency projects.
Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.
Maintain stock levels for office and canteen supplies.
Ensure internal communications and notice boards are up to date.
Assist with travel, communications, and onboarding arrangements.
Coordinate wellbeing programmes, information sessions, and guest speakers.
Plan and deliver social and engagement events for employees.
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in a coordination or administrative role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
