Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist for Orthopaedic Devices
The purpose of this role is to enhance the sales performance and market share by promoting and demonstrating a variety of Medical Devices across a large customer base of hospitals within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster lasting business partnerships with key customers
2. Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives
3. Provide technical, clinical, and commercial support to customers
4. Develop and implement business plans to drive growth
5. Contribute feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes, as well as ideas to improve product and company performance
6. Leverage new product launches and corporate initiatives within your area of responsibility
The role involves promoting a range of orthopaedic products used in theatre/surgical settings, including Recon (Hip & Knee) and Robotics Equipment.
