Infrastructure Solutions Architect
Job Overview:
As a seasoned Infrastructure Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of middleware solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable infrastructure platforms that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement middleware solutions using various technologies and platforms.
* Collaborate with engineers to design and implement automated systems and administrative tasks.
* Manage configurations and tune for performance, security, and reliability.
* Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide expert-level support to ensure minimal downtime.
* Cross-train engineers on new technologies and best practices.
* Develop strategies for platform resilience and reliability, ensuring high uptime and performance.
* Collaborate with AI/ML engineering partners to integrate opportunities and drive innovation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in middleware implementation and support.
* Proficiency in infrastructure products on Linux, Windows, and Unix platforms.
* Experience with scripting and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
* Expertise in integration, caching solutions, and API gateways.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and scripting knowledge (Python, Perl, Ansible).
* Level III support experience for middleware products.
* Knowledge of availability, capacity, and service management concepts.
