Clinical Nurse Manager
Our client a well established Care Home provider of the highest standards of service and care for both long and short term needs are currently recruiting a
Clinical Nurse Manager
for one of their home based in Sligo.
The Residential Care Home is registered to accommodate 70 residents who require long-term residential care or who require short-term respite, convalescence, dementia or palliative care.
The facility is a well-established nursing home with a strong culture of further education and career development.
The nursing home is located in
Sligo town
and is a short walk from bus services and the train station.
The building is divided into two residential unit which accommodate 35 residents each.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in the supervise nursing and care teams to ensure exceptional care delivery
Assist the ADON and DON in the management of individual care planning, assessments, and resident reviews
Oversee medication administration, wound care, and clinical governance
Assist the ADON and DON in the infection control and quality improvement initiatives
Support staff mentorship, development, and compliance training
Liaise with GPs, families, specialists, and external agencies
Maintain regulatory standards in line with HIQA requirements
Candidate Requirements :
NMBI-registered General Nurse (active PIN required)
Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home or similar setting
Proven leadership experience in a CNM or senior nursing role
Deep knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical best practice
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

CNM: €*****/ hour (€50K)
