Reporting to: Operations Team Leader Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in the medical device industry.
Must have medical admin background Key Responsibilities --> Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and agents.
Manage bookings for Loan and Consignment Sets and process orders using DEAR CRM.
Handle back orders, pricing queries, and quotations.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare invoices post-dispatch.
Resolve product/service issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with warehouse order preparation and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support other roles during holiday/sickness cover.
Essential Skills & Experience--> Medical administrative background - this is essential.
Experience within the medical device industry (sterile and non-sterile implantable devices).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional telephone manner.
Desirable--> Previous experience in a professional office environment.
A Levels or higher (or equivalent).
Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools.
