End-to-End Setup and Management of Europe Subsidiaries Lead the establishment, registration, team building, and initial operational framework of Europe subsidiaries.
Formulate Europe market entry strategies and oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of localized business operations.
Build operational, technical, and quality management systems that comply with local regulations and business requirements.2.
Annual Planning and Business Evaluation Develop annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets for Europe subsidiaries based on the Group's strategic goals.
Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on business progress, financial performance, and risks to ensure targets are met.
Identify local market opportunities and challenges, and dynamically adjust operational strategies to support sustainable growth.3.
Team Building and Organizational Management Responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation, and management of the Europe team (over 50 people), including the direct management of local employees.
Foster a cross-cultural and highly collaborative team atmosphere to drive synergy and integration between the local team and Headquarters.
Design and optimize the organizational structure to improve team efficiency and business responsiveness.4.
Synergy and Alignment Between Headquarters and Europe Subsidiaries Ensure that the operations of Europe subsidiaries comply with the Group's quality management, compliance, and internal control requirements.
Drive the efficient implementation of the Group's management systems, processes, and technologies Europe while adapting to localization needs.
Establish regular communication mechanisms to ensure alignment between Headquarters and Europe subsidiaries in strategy, operations, and culture.5.
Localized Development and Resource Expansion Gain a deep understanding of local medical device regulations, market environments, and customer needs to drive product registration, market access, and business development.
Establish and maintain key networks with local partners, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
Explore opportunities for local cooperation, investment, or M&A to support the company's mid-to-long-term strategic layout.
Requirements1.
Experience and Background15+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with a multi-functional background in technology, quality, and operations; familiar with medical device lifecycle management.
Experience working in Multinational Corporations (MNCs), deeply adapted to cross-cultural work environments, and possessing excellent international collaboration skills.
Successful "from 0 to 1" experience in building Europe subsidiaries or new business units, including company registration, team building, system implementation, and product introduction.
Management experience with a team of over 50 people, including experience in directly managing local Europe teams.2.
