Job Title: Regional Commercial Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring each location meets company standards and performance targets. This includes leading, coaching, and supporting Store Managers to deliver strong operational results and exceptional customer service.
* Drive sales growth across all sites by implementing effective strategies and promotions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior multi-site management within convenience retail with experience driving KPIs, margins, and operational standards. They must possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop Store Managers and their teams.
A full clean driving licence is required due to frequent travel throughout the Munster region.
