About the Job:

* Deliver and implement departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
* Lead a team to execute strategic plans, maintain trading policies, and adhere to legal standards.
* Analyse sales data, trading patterns, and customer demands to maximise sales potential.
* Ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.
* Maintain cost control by monitoring variations in the cost base on a weekly basis.
