Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within their Irish technology division.
This is a 12-month rolling contract, where you'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
This is a hybrid working role offering a strong daily rate.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation.
3. Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
4. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
5. Promote collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence.
Requirements:
6. 5-7+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
7. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
8. Proven ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams.
9. Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
10. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe) preferred.
