The ideal candidate will have strong project management, people management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage change and motivate teams.Key responsibilities include:Manage the successful delivery of projects to the IT Programme of Work, including:Development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.Monitor project progress and handle issues, escalating when necessary.Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.Support risk management and develop mitigation strategies.Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and documentation.Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards.Ensure projects deliver expected benefits within time, cost, and quality constraints.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.Manage change impact and motivate the project team.Provide leadership, quality assurance, and coaching to team members.Manage planning and control activities, including service improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver services.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers.Education/Professional QualificationsCandidates should have a third-level qualification in an IT-related discipline or a degree followed by a postgraduate IT qualification. A project management qualification such as Prince2, PMP, diploma in project management, or change management certification is preferred.Experience and SkillsMinimum 5+ years experience in technology delivery projects.At least 3+ years project management experience.Experience in SDLC and software implementation projects.Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Stakeholder management experience.Ability to meet deadlines and budgets.Strong leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills.Ability to inspire confidence and demonstrate analytical skills and proactive issue resolution.Credibility across business and technical levels.Quick learner of new skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to innovate and apply sound judgment.Additional InformationWe believe challenges are better solved together.
