Job Summary:
Here at Teamworx, we are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate luxury Sales Specialist to join a top luxury jeweller in Limerick. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on luxury timepieces, and assisting clients in selecting the perfect watch to suit their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of watch brands, craftsmanship, and horology, combined with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury and premium watch collections.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
* Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalised service and consultation.
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and lifestyle.
* Perform basic watch maintenance, such as strap adjustments and battery replacements, where applicable.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing watch display, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations.
* Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
* Support sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Passion for watches and an ability to share that enthusiasm with customers.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
