Project Quantity Surveyors play a pivotal role in managing project costs for large-scale industrial operations.
* Day-to-day commercial and contract activities
* Contract administration, including change management and register maintenance
* Negotiate and secure optimal value with subcontract placements
Previous fit-out experience is essential. Strong numeracy, report writing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are required.
The ideal candidate holds a third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics or an equivalent degree recognized by the SCSI or RICS.
