They provide customer support services to the business, ensuring customer service issues are dealt with in a timely manner and within Service Levels.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the effective organisation and management of day-to-day administrative tasks that arise within the Service function.Ensure items are processed and closed according to company deadlines, standards, and operational requirements.Manage transactional entries on different software packages to ensure all data and records are maintained on our systems ensuring weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports are accurate.Provide support to the operations team on scheduling of work and jobs on a daily/weekly basis, as needed.Collaborating and working with the entire Service team to consistently deliver customer service excellence.General administration in the service dept and any other adhoc general office duties, as directed by your manager..Key Skills and Competencies:Key RequirementsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team, to multitask and to prioritise workThe ability to adapt to new tasks and flexibility in approach to workAbility to multitaskSkills & ExperienceMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft OfficeWork SchedulingOther RequirementsGood communicator, comfortable dealing with people at all levels of the organizationKeen interest in developing expertise
