This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving performance, growth, and profitability across multiple service offers including the kitchen, onsite restaurants, hospitality events, and vending services. You will play a key role in ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards, exceeding client and customer expectations while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and financial control.Lead and manage all commercial service functions including catering, hospitality, and vending operations.Monitor performance across service areas, driving continuous improvement and business growth.Prepare accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, reconciliations, and forecasts.Manage client billing, attend monthly finance reviews, and support budgetary control.Ensure all operations comply with Sodexo policies, food safety standards, and legal requirements.Recruit, train, and develop team members, maintaining a positive and motivated workforce.Oversee staff rotas, resource planning, and adherence to labour budgets.Deliver exceptional customer service through a proactive and engaging approach.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Promote a strong sales culture and identify opportunities to enhance service quality and profitability.About YouYou will be a dynamic, results-focused manager with a strong background in hospitality, catering, or business management.
