7:00 am
and a full-time schedule of
5 days over 7

As Cafe Supervisor, you'll be at the centre of our operation, leading the team to deliver friendly, fast, and consistent service while ensuring Green Light Cafe remains a welcoming spot for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team in providing excellent, guest-focused service across breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
* Oversee daily cafe operations, including stock rotation, ordering, and cleanliness.
* Support with hands-on service - from making exceptional coffee to ensuring our food is beautifully presented.
* Motivate, guide, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient and smooth shifts.
* Maintain high standards of food presentation, speed of service, and hygiene.
* Greet, welcome, and engage with guests in a professional yet relaxed manner.
* Resolve guest queries or issues quickly and positively.
About you:
* Barista experience is essential, with a passion for crafting excellent coffee.
* Previous team lead or supervisory experience is essential.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in dealing with guests and colleagues.
* A true team player with the ability to multitask and a sharp eye for detail.
* An authentic "people person" who delivers outstanding service with professionalism.
* Proactive and able to take initiative, balancing independent work with team responsibilities.
* Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
* A natural morning person, comfortable with early starts and daytime-focused shifts.
* Fluent English.
* Full permission or a valid visa to work in the EU.
