Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinic Coordinator to join our team at the Belfast Skin Clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Key duties include:
* Managing patient records, results, and correspondence
* Booking appointments for consultants and nurses
* Liaising with GPs and external healthcare providers
* Covering reception duties on a rotational basis

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including maths and English)
* At least 2 years' recent experience in a busy medical healthcare reception/admin position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
