You will be:
1. Leading a team of manufacturing operators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and productivity.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations within the manufacturing process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to meet production targets.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, and safety.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance, to address issues and optimize processes.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
You will have:
6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
7. 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the Medical Device sector.
8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, ISO standards, and cGMP guidelines.
9. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
