Requirements: Registered nurse with NMBI (general division) 2-4 years' post-registration experience in an acute setting Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and organisational skills Proficiency in English Desirable: Relevant post-registration qualification Management training (diploma level) and/or leadership experience Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and audit IT skills (Microsoft Office) Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care Lead and support nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional standards Plan, organise, and manage clinical resources effectively Ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to protocols Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Core Skills: Decision-making and problem-solving Leadership and team development Communication and influencing Resilience and professionalism Working Hours: 39 hours per week, shifts between 8am-8pm over 7 days as required To know more contact Sonal Tikariha
