Responsibilities Lead all commissioning, testing, and turnover activities across assigned projects or regions Develop and implement commissioning plans, strategies, and schedules aligned with project programmes Act as the primary point of contact for commissioning with clients, consultants, and internal teams Manage and coordinate commissioning personnel, including mentoring and development of engineers and specialists Oversee commissioning documentation including system matrices, protocols, and testing procedures Chair commissioning meetings and lead system readiness and commission reviews Ensure all systems are inspected, tested, and commissioned in line with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements Manage non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and close-out Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline 8+ years experience in commissioning, testing, or turnover roles, including leadership responsibility Strong background in data centre or other mission-critical project delivery Proven ability to manage teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Excellent organisational, reporting, and documentation skills Strong understanding of commissioning processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Benefits Salary €110,000 - €120,000 DOE.
