Supermarket Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve acting as the primary point of contact during shifts, guaranteeing operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of the supermarket.
This leadership position requires strong knowledge of store operations, including cash handling, stock control, and customer service. A proven track record of supervisory or management experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. HACCP certification or equivalent is highly desirable, as is manual handling certification. Flexibility in working hours is also crucial.
