The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks under the direction of a supervisor or manager.
This role covers all aspects of clerical work, ensuring effective departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform various office duties including correspondence, typing, faxing, and filing.
· Log and prioritise enquiries, manage queries, and keep supervisors informed.
· Assist with drafting and issuing letters, memos, and information to internal customers and clients.
· Maintain and update local databases and records.
· Collaborate with departments to deliver planned services.
