This involves network and server administration, hardware installation and maintenance, helpdesk support, software installation and upgrades, systems implementation and general troubleshooting. A key aspect of the department is the project management and engagement with stakeholders in relation to IT projects relative to the hospital and the RCSI Hospital Group. This service is delivered to a multidisciplinary user base.
