Sogeti are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer Analyst to lead platform development and enhancements across Sales and Marketing Cloud. This role involves designing scalable, configuration-first solutions, driving automation and AI capabilities, and optimizing system architecture. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, mentor peers, and manage data operations to support business intelligence and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Lead Salesforce development and updates, staying aligned with platform advancements and managing end-to-end delivery.
* Design and implement scalable solutions, including configuration-first approaches, complex integrations, and automation features.
* Enhance platform capabilities, leveraging AI, workflows, forms, and flows to drive business efficiency and intelligence.
* Maintain and optimize system architecture, reducing technical debt, supporting enhancements, and ensuring security compliance.
* Manage data and user operations, including Marketing Cloud assets, reports, dashboards, helpdesk tickets, and documentation of system changes.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Proficient in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, with strong platform knowledge.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
* Effective communicator, able to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process and quality
