This role is suited for those starting their HR career or looking for a career change and the successful candidate will work closely alongside an experienced HRBP. Key Responsibilities Support with the recruitment process by inputting requests into Workday, advertising vacancies, reviewing CVs and scheduling interviews Support new hire onboarding by coordinating background checks and pre-employment documentation Provide general HR administrative support and assist with various HR projects Maintain and update the HRIS and ensure all employee records are accurate, current and compliant Update policies in line with legislation Support and input around soft HR initiatives Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills A certificate/diploma in Human Resources or related field Excellent understanding of current employment legislation Knowledge of Workday is highly advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
