OverviewClarity is looking for a Store / Pharmacy Operations Manager for a busy pharmacy in Donegal.What you need to knowThis is a non-clinical, senior operational role responsible for ensuring the smooth and consistent running of a multi-site community pharmacy group (4 sites). You will work closely with the Managing Director to translate strategic direction into day-to-day operational execution, driving standards, efficiency, and profitability across the business.Main responsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across a 7-day pharmacy business, ensuring consistency and performance visibilityCoordinate Manager Pharmacists, Retail Supervisors, and their teams, including rotas, scheduling, and cover planningLead performance management conversations fairly and consistentlyBuild, maintain, and own the operational scorecard and SOPsEnsure high standards of regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and patient safetyManage digital operations, including eCommerce and online prescription servicesMaintain strong customer service and retail standards across all sitesDrive financial performance through cost control, margin discipline, and operational efficiencyIdentify operational issues early and ensure timely resolutionWhat we
