You'll team up with senior management to keep our café's quality on point and ensure productivity and service standards are always top-notch. As the go-to problem solver, you'll tackle customer issues like a champ while keeping the café buzzing. You'll be managing both full-time and part-time team members, ensuring they're trained and ready to shine. To thrive in this role, you'll need a sprinkle of management know-how from both the front and back of the house.
You should be an ace at overseeing the seating area, schmoozing with customers, and juggling capacity like a pro. Experience in back-of-the-house operations is a must—lead by example and keep morale high during the rush
Key skills we're after include a passion for coffee, self-motivation, strong leadership chops, extensive beverage knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. If you have a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the coffee world, we want to hear from you
Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Service: Delivering top-notch service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Staff Management: Keeping the café running smoothly, ensuring maximum productivity, and solving any hiccups that arise.
* Training: Proactively training staff and maintaining discipline according to our policies.
* Quality Control: Ensuring food and drink quality is always on point.
* HACCP: Implementing and maintaining our HACCP protocols.
* Cleaning & Maintenance: Keeping everything spick and span.
* Reporting: Providing management with snazzy reports on performance, sales, and stock.
