Hotel Gettysburg is looking for a dependable and energetic PM Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock cooking stations for dinner service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Work efficiently during busy dinner and banquet periods
Assist with prep work, plating, and kitchen organization
Communicate effectively with the culinary team and front of house staff
Qualifications
Previous line cook, prep cook, restaurant, hotel, or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong teamwork and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
