Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15-20 hours of work per week.


About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, processing sales and purchases invoices, and assisting the office manager with various duties. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and have excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries.
* Administrative Tasks: Process sales and purchases invoices, manage office supplies, and perform other administrative duties as required.
* Support to Office Manager: Assist the office manager in ad-hoc duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others towards common goals.
