Job Title: Library Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support the delivery of our library services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with various administrative tasks, and supporting the development and delivery of library services.

Your Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to library users, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining the library environment, performing data entry duties, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Support the development and delivery of library services, including online resources, workshops, and training sessions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote library services and resources to students, staff, and external partners.
* Maintain accurate records and statistics, reporting on usage and trends to inform decision-making.
Requirements
* Candidates should possess a third-level qualification and/or relevant experience working in a similar environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with experience of library management systems an advantage.
