Accounts, Payroll and office Assistant role available.
The Hospitality Sector is a busy work environment, the ability to work under pressure and produce accurate information is key. Previous experience in accounts & payroll is appreciated but not a must. Previous experience doing account in the hospitality industry would be an advantage but not a deal breaker. Systems experience would also be an advantage, Brightbooks, CollSoft, Google Workspace.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable - Monthly Supplier Reconciliation
* Accounts Receivable - Raising Invoice & Chasing Payments
* Balance Sheet - Full Monthly Reconciliation (A full understanding of all Balance Sheet Accounts is a must)
* Sales - Weekly Bar Sales Reconciliation, Raising queries and resolving discrepancies. Work closely with Bar Manager to improve processes and standards (An understanding if Irish VAT codes is a must)
* Monthly Client Reporting - Profit & Loss, Supplier Payment List.
* VAT/P30 & Other required Revenue Submissions. Experience on ROS is a must.
* Monthly Audit. Self audit skills are a must.
* Office Duties - Filing and organising of office.
* Ad Hoc Duties - Assisting CEO with admin and logistics when requiered
