CPM Ireland are currently hiring an SME Inside Sales Executive on behalf of Vodafone Business. The successful candidate will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work from the CPM Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin. The role involves delivering sales targets through acquisition of new customers for Vodafone SME, generating leads, and closing sales in the SME Telecoms sector. ResponsibilitiesManage a defined customer base, selling remotely to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customersAchieve and exceed agreed KPI targetsDevelop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipelineStructured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospectsDetailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levelsWork to the highest compliance levels set out by the companyAttention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customerFunctional ResponsibilitiesProvide competitor feedback and industry insightProactively research new and existing products and services from competitors on an on-going basisRepresent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional mannerDaily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurateSell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to VodafoneEnsure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelinesUndertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerRequirementsExperience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the Business and/or Telecoms sectorTrack record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environmentCompetent IT Skills.
