OverviewRegional Sales Director Enterprise - Northern Europe. Join Semrush on the Sales Team to engage with key decision-makers and contribute to the growth of Semrush.ResponsibilitiesHire, lead, coach, and support the Enterprise Account Executive team to meet and exceed revenue and other goals.Foster a data- and metrics-driven management approach to lead large teams at high velocity.Design and implement a metric-driven approach to sales activities to drive consistency and predictability in achieving sales excellence within your region.Provide guidance, coaching, feedback, and create learning opportunities for professional development.Oversee continuous training for the Account Executive team on Semrush products, services, and sales techniques.Identify and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics and optimize sales activity and processes.Maintain expert product knowledge to support customer questions and understand Semrush solutions.Support the Sales Leadership team in reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals and in forecasting.What we’re looking forFluent English required; local languages of the supervised region preferred or required.Working knowledge of SFDC, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar software.Experience in IT, SaaS, and/or Digital Marketing space.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in a sales management or business development role supporting the EU region and a team of quota-carrying reps.Experience as an individual contributor for 5+ years in addition to direct sales management.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written presentation abilities.Metric-driven, self-motivated, and able to act on initiative in a fast-paced environment.Experience with SaaS or MarTech is a plus.Travel is recommended but not required.What’s in it for youFlexible working hoursUnlimited PTOFlexi benefit for your hobbyEmployee Support ProgramSupport for family-related financial needsEmployee Resource GroupsOffice meals, snacks, and drinksCorporate events and teambuildingTraining, courses, and conferencesAbout SemrushSemrush is a leading online visibility management SaaS platform enabling businesses to run search engine optimization, pay-per-click, content, social media, and competitive research campaigns with measurable results.
