In this role, you will work 2 to 3 shifts per week, with a mixture of days & waking nights in an independent non-profit children's service to help provide therapeutic care & safe environment for young children & families.

Responsibilities:
* Providing care and support to service users based on their individual needs and preferences.
* Assisting with basic skills such as feeding, washing, dressing.
* Encouraging and supporting service users to engage in their preferred activities.
* Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and family members to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
* Demonstrating empathy and compassion towards others.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care.
* At least 3 months social care experience.
* CORU registration desirable
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
