**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role: The Fund and Life Operations Manager will serve as a control point between the Front Office and External Counterparties, verifying trade data accuracy. This varied role offers broad exposure across Operations, Investment, and Trading departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Verify trade data for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain relationships with External Counterparties and Internal Teams.
* Assist in regulatory reporting tasks.
* Act as point of contact for Trade Events, Valuation, Documentation, Reporting, and Reconciliations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial industry, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of trade- and settlement lifecycle. Additionally, they should be flexible, able to work under tight deadlines, and maintain high standards. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytical Dashboards, and technical tools is desirable.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Funds Knowledge (ETFs, External, and FoF).
* Equities, Deposits, Bonds, FX, ETDs, Credit, Rates, & other OTCs.
* Awareness of industry regulations and standards.
* Experience with fund launch, closure, and merger processes.
* Working knowledge of Bloomberg, SWIFT, OSTTRA MTM & DS Match, CTM, FusionInvest, and BI tools.
Team Leadership Experience: The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
Regulatory Reporting Expertise: Strong understanding of EMIR, SFTR, and CSDR, with ability to apply this knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
