As the first point of contact for clients visiting the office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while managing the listing to sale process with 100% accuracy in marketing materials and property descriptions. You will also direct and develop support staff, work closely with sales and admin teams, implement process improvements, and provide weekly progress reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Service: First point of contact for all enquiries; schedule appointments and coordinate viewings

2. Property Operations: Manage listing to sale process; ensure 100% accuracy in marketing materials and property descriptions

3. Team Leadership: Direct and develop support staff; work closely with sales and admin teams

4. Systems & Reporting: Implement process improvements; provide weekly progress reports to senior management
\
5. Diary Management: Manage calendars and schedules for meetings and appointments

6. Office Duties: Process expenses and manage office supplies

7. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed

8. Problem Solving: Resolve problems and issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
