Senior Social Care Professional
The primary goal of this position is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach, meeting the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism.
* Assist individuals with a disability in residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning and maintain independence or improve skills for greater autonomy.

* A qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing or Childcare with Disability modules (or other relevant discipline/qualification)
* No less than two years' experience working in a residential/respite/day service setting with people having an intellectual disability

About This Role:
* This role involves collaboration as part of a multi-disciplinary team in delivering services to residents.
* You will report directly to the Person In-Charge. In their absence you may be required to assume management responsibilities as Deputy.
